Jeff Tedder is the City Engineer and has served in this position since November 2008.  He previously held the position of Associate Civil Engineer with both the City of Redding (3 years) and the City of Eureka (10 years).  Prior to beginning his public sector career, he worked for several private engineering firms in Northern California and Southern Oregon.  He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Chico in 1993, and obtained his Professional Civil Engineering license in 1998.
