2.1 Proclamation congratulating the Central Valley High School Falcons Girls Basketball Teams, as well as Coach of the Year, Tom Campbell, for their successful season of accomplishments.

3.2 Public Comment Period: This time is set aside for citizens to address the City Council on matters listed on the Consent Calendar as well as other items not included on the regular agenda. If your comments concern an item noted on the regular agenda, please address the Council after that item is open for public comments. Pursuant to the Brown Act (Govt. Code Section 54950 et seq), Action or Council Discussion cannot be taken on matters not on the agenda other than to receive comments. Those matters will customarily be referred to the City Manager's Office. Each speaker is allocated three (3) minutes to speak. Speakers may not cede their time. Comments should be limited to matters within the jurisdiction of the City. Persons wishing to address the Council must fill out a Speaker Request Form prior to the beginning of the meeting. Forms are available from the City Clerk, 1650 Stanton Drive,Shasta Lake or at the back of the meeting hall. If you have documents to present to the members of the Council to review, please provide a minimum of seven copies.

5.1 Public Hearing and possible action on Resolution accepting the Hotel/Conference Feasibility Study and authorizing the closure of CDBG Grant 06-EDBG-2603.

7.1 Discussion and possible action on Resolution to approve entering into a cost sharing agreement, attached as Exhibit A, to facilitate the construction of a new City Council Chambers

7.2 Discussion and possible action on Resolution accepting recommended consultant and authorizing the City Manager to sign a Professional Services Agreement with Nichols, Melburg & Rosetto, Architects, for Design and Engineering services in an amount not to exceed $483,000.

Committee and Commission Meetings:

City Council/ Redevelopment Agency Meetings 1st and 3rd Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission 4th Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. in January, March, May, July, September, and November Planning Commission 3rd Thursday at 7:00 p.m.

All City Council Meetings are televised on Channel 11 the following Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. and Friday at 2:00 p.m.

Parties with a disability as provided by the American Disabilities Act who require special accommodations or aides in order to participate in the public meeting should make the request to the City Clerk at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
